Effective January 1, 2025 we will no longer be participating with Anthem Medicare line of business (aka Empire Medicare Advantage) network for primary, secondary and tertiary benefits. After this effective date we will no longer submit insurance claims for payment to this payor as we will no longer be a participating provider.
The open enrollment period for Medicare Advantage plans is Oct. 15 through Dec. 7 .
We want our patients to have an opportunity to switch to another medicare advantage plan that is in our panel: Please see below for those carriers.
