Referral Policy

Effective June 10, 2024 we no longer treat or will be accepting referrals for patient’s with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia or lymes disease.  Referring Providers, please do not forward to our office any patients that have this diagnosis they will not be accepted.

 

If the patients' insurance carrier requires a referral, it is then the patient’s responsibility to obtain this prior to the visit.

The Center for Rheumatology requires all new patients to have a referral from their primary care physician or another physician's office.
